Affiliate Terms & Conditions
SLLEARNING EDUCATIONAL SERVICES LLP

1. Introduction
These Affiliate Terms & Conditions (“Affiliate Terms”) govern participation in the Affiliate Program operated by SLLEARNING EDUCATIONAL SERVICES LLP (“SLLEARNING”, “we”, “our”, “us”).
By applying to or participating in the Affiliate Program, you (“Affiliate”, “you”) agree to be bound by these Affiliate Terms, along with SLLEARNING’s Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and other applicable policies.
If you do not agree, you must not participate in the Affiliate Program.
2. Nature of the Affiliate Relationship

Affiliates act as independent promoters.
Nothing in these terms creates an employment, partnership, agency, or joint venture relationship.
Affiliates have no authority to bind or represent SLLEARNING in any manner.
3. Eligibility & Enrollment

Affiliate participation is subject to approval by SLLEARNING.
SLLEARNING reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its discretion.
Affiliates must: -
Be at least 18 years of age
Provide accurate and complete registration information
Maintain up-to-date contact and payment details
4. Affiliate Links & Tracking

Approved affiliates will receive unique referral links or tracking codes.
Commissions are tracked using cookies or referral identifiers.
SLLEARNING is not responsible for untracked referrals due to: -
Disabled cookies
Ad blockers
Browser or device limitations
Network failures
Errors beyond our control
5. Commission Structure

Commission rates and eligible products are communicated via the affiliate dashboard or official communication.
Commissions are earned only on verified, completed, and non-refunded transactions.
SLLEARNING may modify commission structures, introduce campaigns, or discontinue offers with prior notice.
6. Commission Payments

Payments are released after a verification period to account for refunds or fraud checks.
Minimum payout thresholds may apply.
Payments are made using supported payment methods selected by SLLEARNING.
Affiliates are solely responsible for:
Declaring income
Paying applicable taxes
Compliance with local financial regulations
7. Prohibited Affiliate Activities
Affiliates must not engage in:
Self-referrals or personal purchases via affiliate links
Fake accounts, leads, or transactions
False, misleading, or exaggerated claims
Impersonation of SLLEARNING
Spam or unsolicited promotions
Unauthorized use of SLLEARNING branding
Brand keyword bidding without written approval
Violations may result in immediate termination and loss of unpaid commissions.
8. Marketing & Promotion Guidelines
Affiliates must:
Promote SLLEARNING ethically and honestly
Disclose affiliate relationships where required by law
Comply with advertising, consumer protection, and data-privacy laws
Marketing materials provided by SLLEARNING remain its intellectual property.
9. Intellectual Property Rights

Affiliates receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use approved branding assets.

Affiliates may not modify assets, register domains, or claim ownership of SLLEARNING intellectual property.
