AFFILIATE TERMS & CONDITIONS

SLLEARNING EDUCATIONAL SERVICES LLP

1. Introduction

These Affiliate Terms & Conditions (“Affiliate Terms”) govern participation in the Affiliate Program operated by SLLEARNING EDUCATIONAL SERVICES LLP (“SLLEARNING”, “we”, “our”, “us”).

By applying to or participating in the Affiliate Program, you (“Affiliate”, “you”) agree to be bound by these Affiliate Terms, along with SLLEARNING’s Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and other applicable policies.

If you do not agree, you must not participate in the Affiliate Program.

2. Nature of the Affiliate Relationship

Affiliates act as independent promoters.
Nothing in these terms creates an employment, partnership, agency, or joint venture relationship.
Affiliates have no authority to bind SLLEARNING, represent SLLEARNING, or make commitments on behalf of SLLEARNING.

3. Eligibility & Enrollment

Affiliate participation is subject to approval by SLLEARNING.
We reserve the right to accept or reject any affiliate application at our discretion.
Affiliates must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain updated contact and payment details

4. Affiliate Links & Tracking

Approved affiliates will be provided with unique referral links, codes, or tracking mechanisms.
Commissions are tracked using automated systems such as cookies or referral identifiers.
SLLEARNING is not responsible for lost or untracked referrals due to:
- Disabled cookies
- Ad blockers
- Browser or device limitations
- Network failures
- Manual errors outside our control

5. Commission Structure

Commission rates, eligible products, and payout rules will be communicated separately or via the affiliate dashboard.
Commissions are earned only on successful, verified, and non-refunded transactions.
SLLEARNING reserves the right to:
- Modify commission rates
- Introduce tiered or campaign-based commissions
- Discontinue specific affiliate offers with prior notice

6. Commission Payments

Commissions are paid after a verification period to account for refunds, chargebacks, or fraud checks.
Minimum payout thresholds may apply.
Payments are processed using supported payment methods as determined by SLLEARNING.
Affiliates are solely responsible for:
- Declaring income
- Paying applicable taxes
- Complying with local tax and financial regulations

7. Prohibited Affiliate Activities

Affiliates must not engage in any of the following activities:

Self-referrals or purchasing services using their own affiliate links
Creating fake accounts, leads, or transactions
Misleading, false, or exaggerated claims about SLLEARNING
Impersonating SLLEARNING or its representatives
Sending spam, unsolicited messages, or deceptive advertisements
Using SLLEARNING branding without authorization
Bidding on SLLEARNING brand keywords or domains without written approval

Any violation may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

8. Marketing & Promotion Guidelines

Affiliates must:

Promote SLLEARNING ethically and truthfully
Clearly disclose affiliate relationships where required by law
Ensure all marketing complies with advertising, consumer protection, and data privacy laws

SLLEARNING may provide optional marketing materials, which remain SLLEARNING’s intellectual property.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

SLLEARNING grants affiliates a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use approved branding assets solely for affiliate promotion.
Affiliates may not:
- Modify branding assets
- Register domains or social accounts using SLLEARNING’s name
- Claim ownership of SLLEARNING intellectual property

10. Termination of Affiliate Account

Either party may terminate participation in the Affiliate Program:

At any time
With or without cause
With or without prior notice

Upon termination:

All affiliate links and promotions must be discontinued
Unpaid commissions may be forfeited if termination is due to policy violations or fraud

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

SLLEARNING shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
SLLEARNING does not guarantee affiliate earnings or conversion performance

12. Modification of Affiliate Terms

SLLEARNING reserves the right to modify these Affiliate Terms at any time.
Continued participation in the Affiliate Program constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Affiliate Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Courts located in Bangalore, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
