REFUND POLICY

1. Overview

This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled on platforms and services operated by SLLEARNING EDUCATIONAL SERVICES LLP (“SLLEARNING”, “we”, “our”, “us”).
SLLEARNING provides technology infrastructure (LMS platforms, School ERP, and digital tools) that enables creators, educators, institutions, and organizations to deliver educational content and services.
We are not a course seller or marketplace.
Refunds are therefore governed by the nature of the service purchased and the role of the parties involved.

2. Important Distinction: Platform vs Creator

It is critical to understand that:
  • SLLEARNING does not sell courses to learners
  • SLLEARNING does not set course prices
  • SLLEARNING does not bundle or discount courses
  • SLLEARNING does not control creator refund policies
Creators are independent entities responsible for their own offerings.

3. Refunds for Courses Purchased by Learners

3.1 Creator-Managed Refunds

  • Refunds for paid courses are entirely at the discretion of the course creator.
  • Each creator may define their own refund policy, eligibility criteria, and timelines.
  • SLLEARNING does not override, enforce, or guarantee refunds for courses.

Learners must contact the course creator directly for refund-related requests.


3.2 SLLEARNING’s Role in Course Refunds

  • SLLEARNING only facilitates payment processing.
  • Platform fees and payment gateway charges incurred during the transaction are non-refundable.
  • SLLEARNING is not liable for disputes between learners and creators regarding course quality, outcomes, or satisfaction.

4. Refunds for Platform Access & Subscriptions

4.1 Course Creator / Instructor Access

  • Creator Access is billed annually due to infrastructure, hosting, and onboarding costs.
  • Once platform access is activated, fees are non-refundable, whether used partially or not.
  • No refunds are provided for:
    • Change of mind
    • Business closure
    • Lack of usage
    • Delay in content creation

4.2 Branded Category Fees

  • Fees paid for dedicated or branded categories are non-refundable.
  • These fees cover reserved platform resources and branding allocations.

5. Refunds for School ERP Services

  • School ERP services are billed based on:
    • Number of students
    • Infrastructure allocation
    • App provisioning (Android & iOS)
  • Once ERP access is provisioned and data setup begins:
    • No refunds are permitted
  • SLLEARNING provides LMS access free of cost with ERP usage; this does not create a refund obligation.

6. Add-On Services

Refund eligibility for add-on services depends on the nature of the service:

6.1 Non-Refundable Add-Ons
  • WhatsApp Business API access
  • Canva Pro access
  • Digital visiting cards
  • Platform integrations
These involve third-party provisioning and are non-refundable once activated.
6.2 Service-Based Add-Ons
For services such as content creation support:
  • Refunds may be considered only if the service has not started
  • Once work has commenced, fees are non-refundable

7. Payment Failures & Duplicate Charges

If a user is charged:
  • Multiple times for the same transaction, or
  • Charged without successful service activation
Such cases will be reviewed, and valid refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

  • Initiating a chargeback without contacting SLLEARNING support may result in:
    • Temporary account suspension
    • Investigation of misuse
  • Users are encouraged to resolve issues through official support channels before approaching banks or gateways.

9. Taxes & Processing Fees

  • Government taxes, payment gateway charges, and compliance fees are non-refundable.
  • Any refund approved will exclude such charges unless legally required.

10. Policy Abuse Prevention

SLLEARNING reserves the right to:

  • Reject refund requests that show signs of misuse or fraud
  • Suspend accounts involved in repeated refund abuse
  • Deny refunds where platform usage violates Terms of Service

11. Changes to This Policy

SLLEARNING may update this Refund Policy from time to time.
Changes will be effective upon posting on the website.
