1. Introduction
Welcome to SLLEARNING EDUCATIONAL SERVICES LLP (“SLLEARNING”, “we”, “our”, “us”).
SLLEARNING provides cloud-based learning infrastructure, including Learning Management Systems (LMS), School ERP solutions, and digital tools that enable educators, institutions, organizations, and course creators (“Users”, “You”) to create, manage, deliver, and monetize educational content.
By accessing or using any SLLEARNING platform, website, application, service, or tool (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).
If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Services.
2. Eligibility & Account Registration
- You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable law.
- By creating an account, you represent that all information provided is accurate and complete.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- SLLEARNING is not responsible for unauthorized access caused by user negligence.
3. Nature of the Platform
SLLEARNING is a technology and infrastructure provider, not a marketplace or publisher.
- We do not create, edit, price, bundle, or sell user content.
- We do not act as a reseller or distributor of creator courses.
- We do not interfere in creator–learner relationships.
SLLEARNING provides the tools; creators retain control.
4. Content Ownership & Intellectual Property
4.1 Creator Content
- All content uploaded or created by users—including courses, videos, documents, assessments, text, branding, and media—remains the exclusive intellectual property of the creator.
- SLLEARNING does not claim ownership, licensing, sublicensing, or resale rights over creator content.
- Creators retain full legal and commercial responsibility for their content.
4.2 Platform License (Limited)
Creators grant SLLEARNING a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to host and display content only for the purpose of providing the Services.
This license:
- Does not allow resale or redistribution.
- Automatically terminates when the account is closed or content is removed.
5. Pricing, Payments & Revenue Share
5.1 Creator Pricing Control
- Creators set their own course prices.
- SLLEARNING will never change, discount, bundle, or promote courses without explicit creator consent.
- Creators may offer free or paid courses without limitation.
5.2 Platform Fee
- SLLEARNING charges 5% per successful paid transaction, which includes:
- Payment gateway charges
- Platform maintenance and infrastructure costs
- No platform fee is charged on free courses.
5.3 Billing Structure
- Certain services are billed annually due to infrastructure and operational requirements.
- Monthly subscriptions may be introduced in the future and will be governed by updated terms.
6. Add-On Services
Optional add-on services may include:
- Content creation support
- WhatsApp Business API access
- Design tools
- Digital business cards
Use of add-ons may be governed by separate terms or service descriptions.
7. User Responsibilities
You agree that you will not:
- Upload content that infringes intellectual property rights
- Upload unlawful, harmful, misleading, or offensive material
- Misrepresent credentials or certifications
- Use the platform for fraud, spamming, or abuse
Creators are solely responsible for:
- Content legality
- Tax compliance
- Refund policies (if applicable)
- Learner communication
8. Data & Privacy
Use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how personal data is collected, used, and protected.
9. Suspension & Termination
SLLEARNING reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if:
- There is a violation of these Terms
- Fraud or illegal activity is detected
- Legal or regulatory compliance requires action
Where feasible, users will be notified before termination.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
SLLEARNING does not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted service
- Specific revenue outcomes
- Learner engagement or success
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- SLLEARNING shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- SLLEARNING is not responsible for disputes between creators and learners
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Courts located in Bangalore, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
